Deputy Director of HR

A newly created HR opportunity due to expansion
Your new company
Our client is a professional services firm which has built up a strong client base over 20 years. With a headcount of over 550, it has been newly acquired and now looking to continue to expand their headcount and client base.

Your new role
With a team of 6 to manage across various locations in Asia you'll have full operational oversight of the HR function with a reporting line to the Head of HR. You'll also be responsible for ensuring consistency of approach in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, training and HR Operations.
This role has a high level of autonomy to operate in conjunction with the BU heads in the region

What you'll need to succeed
This is a fast paced environment which will suit an agile HR leader who is looking to expand their sphere of influence. This role will suit an individual who is able to work with various stakeholders and ideally someone who has managed a regional team.
