My client is a leading MNC in the FMCG industry, known for a repertoire of well-established brands under them. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to support their expanding operations.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Ensures timely management of export orders in the APAC region and render excellent customer service care
- Maximises customer service level by processing all customer orders in such a way to eliminate any errors in order. Analyses service failures and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the CS Manager to ensure the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, providing products, services and information that add value for customers and stakeholders.
- Provide the Logistics Operators with adequate lead-time in such a way that all customer deliveries can be planned, coordinated and dispatched in order to satisfy the required deadlines, maximize utilisation and minimise cost.
What you need to do now
- Min. a diploma or degree in any relevant discipline
- 4 - 5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment or sales support
- Proficiency in SAP would be advantageous
