Your new role
This is a newly created role for an experienced Compensation Analyst who is looking for their next move. A global role that covers all 6 continents, you’ll be responsible or creating and presenting compensation and headcount analytics to various business head, manage the end to end annual performance process, benchmarking using both internal and external data as well as work closely with stakeholders at various levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced individual with experience in dealing with large datasets and a focus on compensation. Ideally you'll have exposure to various regions globally although this is not essential. Experience with working with HRIS systems and strong stakeholder management is essential to be successful in this role
