What you'll need to succeed
- Provide support as required to the senior client service staffs and managers
- Support execution of client specific procedures and controls/ Actively participate in the updating and refreshing of client specific procedures and controls.
- Support the management of existing client relationships
- Act as the first line of contact for client requests on day to day tasks and escalate to management when operational issues arise

- Good communication skill
- A service oriented disposition and the capacity to manage own time
- Ability to resolve issues
