My client, a well respected and established MNC Broking firm is looking to onboard a Claims Manager to manage the Property and Casualty Claims portfolio for Singapore.

Your new role

You will be required to manage the end to end processes for claims across the P&C lines of business. You will be responsible for the timely processing of claims, ensuring claims are managed in the best interest of the clients. You will be responsible for making sound decisions and utilising your existing skills and technical knowledge of claims to ensure that fair and reasonable decisions are made on claims.

You will be working closely with the Head of Claims on escalated claims or claims that are complex in nature to provide resolutions to clients and various other stakeholders involved in the process.

You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, third parties and various other insurers on a regular basis for information requests, status updates and to provide sound advice.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have come from a strong P&C Claims background, ideally with a minimum of 6 years claims handling experience.
You will have strong attention to detail and data management skills.
You will be capable in implementing an effective claims strategy and a technical and analytical mindset.
