Our client is a leading international F&B organisation, well known globally for its products and service.
Your new role
A newly created role due to expansion, this role gives you the opportunity to be setting the direction for HR in a "new normal", specifically in the area of total rewards. You will establish the group's HR governance structure, policies and processes in a regional capacity . You will be an expert in HR technology and can leverage on your skills to deliver digital HR Transformation projects in Southeast Asia.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 6 years of experience in Total Rewards or Organisation Development. You have experience managing and implementing large scale projects with your entrepreneurial and organisational skills. You have a strong business acumen to develop a rewards strategy, aligning it to business objectives. Ideally you’ll have experience of implementing various C&B projects across the South East Region
