Business Development / Institutional Sales Manager (Crypto)

A fast-expanding Crypto/Blockchain company (valued at >USD 900 million) is looking for Sales/BD candidates.

Your new company
My client is one of the fastest growing Crypto/Blockchain company, with close to 650 employees globally. Within a short span of a few years, they have grown to serve both institutional and retail customers across the world and are looking to expand more than two folds. Valued at more than USD 900 million, they are now looking to hire proven Business Development / Institutional Sales Managers to join the team in Southeast Asia, including Singapore.

Your new role
  • Involve in the whole sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding for new clients
  • Increase Sales and Business Development efforts for new institutional clients
  • Develop joint business plans and support customer engagement
  • Enhance and build company's reputation and business in overseas cooperation
  • Understand the customers' demands and propose strategic cooperation strategies

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least a Bachelors in any field
  • Previous experiences in Business Development in Crypto-native organisations or Institutional Sales in Banking/Financial Services industries is a must
  • B2B sales experience in Crypto is highly desired
  • Demonstrate ability to grow market shares, identify priorities, and winning patterns to maximize sales outcomes
  • Sensitive to the rapid change of blockchain & cryptocurrency market & knowledge of blockchain technology is mandatory
  • Candidates from Crypto-native companies are preferred
