Our client is an established international financial services organisation with a regional headcount of approx. 800 and the regional head office based here in Singapore.
Your new role
Working in a team of 5, this role has a matrix reporting line to allow the right candidate to have exposure to senior stakeholders at varying levels. Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for an AVP in the C&B space. Responsibilities will include
What you'll need to succeed
- supporting the development and implementation of performance and rewards strategy in the Asia region,
- supporting the annual performance management, promotion and salary cycles
- work closely with HR Business Partners and various other specialist HR teams
- lead the implementation of the job grading framework in the region, this includes developing guidelines for consistent application of job grading methodology across different locations
You'll be a professional C&B specialist with strong communication skills. Hands on experience in rewards management and job grading is essential. Financial services experience is not essential to apply for this role.
