Your new role
You will proactively look for means of automation in the HR space, streamlining operations and processes. You will see through projects and process improvements from coming up with suggestions and solutions to executing them. You will maintain and ensure data accuracy of the HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
You have a good understanding of HR processes and are proactive in proposing solutions. You are service oriented and are service oriented and have great stakeholder management skills. You will ideally have basic knowledge in programming and technical skills in using tools such as Excel Macro and RPA.
