Your new role
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Rewards and Benefits, you will be supporting all compensation and benefits activities to ensure market competitiveness. There will be opportunities to support projects within Rewards and Benefits space such as policy reviews, compensation analytics and implementation of new welfare initiatives. You will also be a subject matter expert, providing advice on C&B matters to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 2 years of specialised experience in Total Rewards. You are comfortable being on the ground and running daily operational matters in relation to C&B. You have good communication and analytical skills. You have a strong passion with keen interest to learn and develop your career in Rewards, constantly seeking areas of improvement.
