Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Total Rewards, you will be designing and implementing the total rewards strategy of the organisation to ensure market competitiveness to attract, retain and develop talent. There will be opportunities to lead projects within Rewards, Talent Development and Retention, working closely with senior stakeholders. You will also be a subject matter expert, providing advice on C&B matters to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 6 years of specialised experience in Total Rewards. You hold expert knowledge in total rewards and possess a strategic mindset. You have great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You are familiar with the current labour laws and regulations.
