Your new role
Responsible for managing a large team, this is a high profile role leading the HR Shared Services Team, reporting to the Director. You will have extensive oversight on HR Operations managing the full employee life cycle and be key in influencing improvement of processes and strategic planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR professional who has at least 10 years of HR experience and managed large teams in a busy environment. You'll also have experience in communicating with various stakeholders in a calm and diligent manner. You will thrive in an environment of accountability and change.
