Your new role
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Support the sales team by identifying the right products to meet customers’ requirements
• Provide engineering solutions to resolve customers’ engineering challenges through troubleshooting
• Deliver presentation or in-depth training of products/solutions to customers
• Source and broaden product range from reliable local/overseas suppliers
• Be an effective contributor to the project team

What you'll need to succeed
In order to ensure your success in this role, you will be highly encouraged to possess the following requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in the areas of valves, control valves and steam applications or experience handling other technical products
• Possess a strong positive attitude towards customer service excellence
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
