Our client is a leading global asset management organisation with a large variety of clients across more than 60 countries.
Your new role
As a subject matter expert, you will be supporting benefits plans and administration in the APAC region and be the first responder to queries and issues regarding benefits matter to various internal stakeholders. You will also initiate process improvements in benefits administration and support any benefits related projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll ideally have at least 3 years of experience in benefits administration within the APAC region. You’ll have a professional approach and strong interpersonal skills with a desire to ensure good employee experience and are comfortable with learning and being hands-on with operational work. You have a high level of cross cultural awareness as you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
