A Global Law Firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their exciting business.
Your new role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible in performing a broad range of administrative, document production, organizational, research and client support/contact duties. Maintaining calendars, plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences and travel. Additionally, you will be working closely with external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You should possess a minimum qualification of bachelor’s in Business or Marketing relevant with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail – oriented and able to work independently. Possess excellent communication skills, have a strong team-oriented personality.
