Your new role
As VP of HR, you'll be responsible for leading an HR team across various locations including HR leads in Europe, SEA the US and Singapore. You'll be the strategic partner to the Country Heads where you will be an advisory role to align HR initiatives such as Talent Management, succession planning, bonus and salary reviews etc This role is a matrix reporting line to the HQ MD and the CEO
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an established HR Leader with experience of dealing with teams across either the Asia region or internationally. You'll be able to work with various senior stakeholders and have an awareness around the challenges of managing across various regions. Ideally you'll have exposure in the manufacturing or similar industry and be able to have both operational and strategic influence.
