Your new company
A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HRBP related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, enhance managers’ engagement in people management, succession planning as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting HR projects that the company initiates.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Strong in HR operations and business partnering experiences
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and line managers in a fast pace environment
• Independently manage stakeholders, performance discussion, manage year end appraisal.
