One of the Canada’s big five multinational banking and financial services company is looking for a 1 Year HR Executive to join their team

Your new role

The HR Executive will be handling 50% Talent Acquisition & Onboarding as well as 50% HR Administration.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Coordination and execution of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring regulatory requirements and due diligence are met
• Work with hiring manager and/or recruitment agencies in selection, and placement of staff
• Actively conduct search on online portals such as LinkedIn, My Careers Future to shortlist candidates
• Update all details on progress of open positions in the Vacancy Tracker
• Ensuring documentation such headcount approval, compensation approval, interview evaluation forms etc are in place for audit purpose
• Conduct new hire orientation

HR Administration

• Liaise with IT team on IT properties to be returned by employees
• Prepare acceptance of resignation letter for HRBP and leavers to sign off
• Liaise with leavers on items to be returned and documents to be completed
• Send out staff last day email to respective parties (IT, Admin etc)
• Send out termination request to update HR System
• Update and maintain organization chart on a monthly basis

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum University degree/Diploma from a recognized institution. Prior experience in HR related duties preferred.

Available on short notice, comfortable with 1 year contract.
