Your new role

• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits
• Provide technical support to local customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
• Report issues and customer feedbacks on a monthly basis.
• Mentor and guide engineers and team mates
• Provide 24hrs standby duties on a weekly rotational basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in medical devices industry
• Strong technical skills to support for IT products
• Able to perform 24/7 standby duties
