Your new role
Our client is looking for a new HR Project team member to join their HRIS team as they transition to a new system. Your responsibility will include influencing change and transition from phase 1 of this project. Duties will include providing guidance to internal stakeholders, working with the project team to develop and implement overall change management plan and review the current state state of the internal HRIS system and be integral to the HR digitalisation and transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience of HR transformation projects and HRIS implementation is essential and ideally exposure to SAP HR or other cloud solutions would be ideal The ability to work independently and have a hands on approach will prove successful in ensuring this role is a good fit.
